Naturalizer Habitat Pack (dry/average soil, full sun)
This pack is filled with plants designed to fill space quickly. If you are looking for an economical way to replace invasive plants with native plants in full sun with average to dry soil, this is the way to do it. Note that these plants are chosen for their ability to spread and grow. Some will grow 5-8 feet tall. The first two years plants may be a bit gangly as they develop; after the 3rd year, the plants should be filled out. These plants are at their best when they are mixing together, seeding off each year, and surprising you! If you are looking for tidier, smaller plants, we recommend that you choose instead our Dry Sun Habitat Pack (with 8-12 short to medium species) or Pollinator Garden Habitat Pack (with 5-7 well-behaved species).
The pack includes 15 quart-size plants comprised of the following species in order to provide beauty across three seasons. 15 plants (one flat) will cover about 30 square feet of ground at a high-density level. Denser plantings means fewer weeds. Most of these plants will spread by seed or rhizomes, so each year you can continue to expand your pollinator habitat.
