Dry Shade Habitat Concept Sketch
Our designer, Elise Lintelman, created this sketch to inspire you in planting your first habitat pack from The Natural Garden. Although the plants in each pack will vary due to nursery availability, you can use this sketch to plan where you might place taller and shorter plants in a new, rounded garden bed of your choice. Remember that the ferns and heuchera will stay in place while some of the flowering plants will move a little bit in future years as new seeds establish themselves.. This is a “living landscape”—a site of growth, change, and wonder. What insect and animal species will you find in your habitat?
